Nodding Onions, aren't they cool?
Scott had been talking about learning how to grow mushrooms for years which I always found unusual but also really cool so when I saw that the University of Utah was offering a class on how to grow Shitake Mushrooms, I signed up Scott right away! While he was taking the class I decided to enjoy the Red Butte Garden right next door.

arrête de nous rendre jaloux, ici il pleut, c'est l'automne et les fleurs souffrent de ce trop-plein d'eau! mais que tout cela est beau! un peu de rêve nous fait du bien quand même!
